Wanlockhead was one of the places we visited on holiday last summer - we took a trip on the steam railway there - and we had rain too! Still it sounds like you're getting through the miles and up the hills. Having now got through Glasgow you've got the last of the cities behind you, so should be good cycling scenery from now on.
